We at S.P.A.C.E. believe in providing personal attention and superior service to each of our clients. S.P.A.C.E. Home Care (24 X 7) is a service option with a wide range of support services, provided to the client. We believe not just in creating Quality homes, but also in rendering exquisite services and thus building a long-standing relationship with our esteemed customers. Our home care department also ensures that even in your absence, your home will be taken care by us in a way you would do it yourself.

We provide the following services:

Remittance of utility bills

Payment of all kind of utility bills on time for avoiding uninterrupted service and penalty. Maintenance charges / KSEB / Telephone / Cable / Tax etc).

Rental service

For our valuable customers, who wish to rent out their homes, we locate appropriate tenants and all activities in this regard are coordinated and handled by us like preparation of agreements, negotiations etc.

Housekeeping

We are providing a total housekeeping solution to ensure clean and tidy surroundings.

Maintenance

Additional works like painting, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry works will be taken up by our Home Care department.

Resale

On request by the client, Home Care also will arrange for resale of Apartment .
